The Studio Pack is a 4-week small group training program.
Each week builds on the progress made in earlier sessions with exercises designed to improve functional strength, muscular strength, flexibility, balance, and power.
Throughout the program, workouts will have varying degrees of intensity and will help you build a lean, strong body.
Every class is made up of a small group of participants, creating a friendly and motivational workout environment.
Whether you are new to fitness or experienced and looking for something to switch up your routine and take you to the next level, these classes will motivate you through challenging and creative workouts.
